Australian EOR Payroll & Compliance Support

I’m looking for a reliable Employer of Record based in Australia to become the legal employer for my small team—fewer than ten people spread across full-time, part-time, and contract roles. Your primary responsibilities will be accurate payroll management and end-to-end legal compliance so my staff are paid correctly and all Fair Work, tax, and superannuation obligations are met without me having to build that infrastructure in-house. Deliverables • Full payroll processing, payslip distribution, super payments, and withholding for up to 10 employees. • Ongoing statutory compliance, including Fair Work onboarding documents, leave accrual tracking, and mandatory reporting to the ATO and state agencies. I want a partner that already operates local payroll software, keeps up with legislative changes, and can answer employee queries quickly.
