Windows system expert needed to install RAM, SSD Drives, PCIe Card and HHD in a new Windows 11 system

NOTE: FREELANCERS LOCAL TO SUNRISE, FL ONLY. THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL JOB. My custom Windows 11 tower will arrive within the next FEW WEEKS. fully assembled with motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU and power supply. What it still needs is a careful on-site finish: • Install the extra RAM, SSD PCIe cards, SSD and HHD components. • Configure the drivers, utilities and firmware associated with those installs so Windows 11 Home recognizes and runs them flawlessly. • Hook up and tweak two monitors, (maybe three), a new mechanical keyboard, Kensington Expert Mouse trackball, plus a 4 TB external backup drive so they all behave exactly the way I like. I’m in Sunrise, FL and want the work done at my location at a mutually convenient time. Because I may have questions while you work, a first-language English speaker is strongly preferred. Quote a single flat fee—no hourly rates, please—and feel free to ask for any clarifications you genuinely need before we lock in the schedule. I will not deposit any milestones until we agree on a total rate and I have hired you. And I will not deposit any milestones until my system has arrived and we have set a definite date for the upgrade installs. Please do not ask for any milestones until those parameters are met... it makes you look greedy and I will not accommodate. If your reply indicates you have not read or did not understand the brief and project scope, I will not respond. Note: I am not indicating a range for my budget because I need to see how you value yourself.
