Job Description:

Create Circuit Boards for Raspberry PI Compute Module 3

Breakout Board for Raspberry Pi CM3+

2X USB A Ports

1X DSI Input for Display

4X buttons (to trigger GPIO )

1X Ethernet Port

2X CAN BUS (1 MBIT with MCP2515 based on PICAN DUO Layout) 120 ohm End resistors should be broken out to the main connector to be able to enable / disable via loop on main connector

8X Analog 0-5 V inputs (with overvoltage protection )

8x Digital 5 - 14 V inputs (overvoltage protection optocupler ?)

1X LDR Sensor (To be able to automatically dimm the display)

1X Real Time Clock incl button battery

1x Speaker

1x Voltage Converter with Shutdown Circuit (10-15 V input ) Stepdown to 5,1V and 3,3 V .(Voltage loss should trigger a GPIO pin so I can switch off the Pi safely by monitoring the PIN )

 Switched 12 V input should trigger the Circuit to switch on the CM . There should be a Capacitor which can supply enough power to the PI CM for 20 Seconds in order to trigger a safe shutdown via GPIO Pin , as well as stabilize the Power during cranking of the CAR .

1x WIFI with external Antenna Connection

There should be 1 34 Way Connector (Amp Superseal 2-6447232-3) for the following connections

1x Sensor Ground 9 Ground for the Analog inputs

8x Analog inputs

2x CAN High

2x CAN Low

8 x Digital inputs

1x 10-14 V Input

1x Main Ground

1x 3,3 V out

1x Ground out

1X SDA out

1X SDL out

2x Bridgeable pins for CAN 1 120 Ohm resistor

2x Bridgeable pins for CAN 2 120 Ohm resistor

Separate PCB’s ( To plug and play for modularity )

1x GPS Ublox Neo M8N via Serial with external Antenna Connection

6x Adressable RGB led on separate PCB mounted in one row
