If yes then we're probably going to deploy a 2G or 4G modem in our application prototype I will design PCB with all necessary parts on board ie: MCU(ESP32 or ESP8684), modem (2G if your country hasn't shut it down yet) , SD Card adapter and your sensors pH, Temperature, and Turbidity The MCU will read sensors and log them to your cloud database at 15 mins interval preferably over MQTT protocol, and you will be able to change this interval anytime via SMS sent in a pre-defined format When cellular coverage goes out of service for example, the sensor data will be logged into a SD card, that you can access locally on site from your phone/PC browser over WiFi Do you have server end point up and running ?
