PCB layout and design for LED controller

Hello,
We are looking for a freelancer to help design a PCB board which controls an LED array. The LED array is external and is not included in this project.
We need the PCB schematic, layout, component selection and firmware. We will provide more detail and a basic flow diagram once a freelancer has been chosen and will work with you to help refine it.
Once this project is done, there will be further design work later so we ideally are looking for someone we can work with long term.
The device will have:
- a microcontroller
- WiFi / Bluetooth capabilities
- a microphone
- USB C connector (data and power)
- an electrical / data connector to connect between additional LED arrays
- Note that the LEDS are on a separate array and do not need to be included in the schematic/layout. This projct is just for the controller.
- the device will most likely use WS2812B LEDs. This will be confirmed shortly.
Physical dimensional contraints will be provided shortly after the project is underway.
The firmware will receive LED data packets from an external source and then send them to the LED array. The required code is only for the onboard controller. The code should be written in C++ and be testable on an Arduino.
We will be including an NDA in the project and we will provide more in depth detail to the selected freelancer. The ideal freelancer will be able to present examples of their work of similar complexity and should have a level of English good enough that they feel confident presenting and describing the work to two mechanical engineers.
We will work with you to come to an agreement on appropriate milestones and the project will be considered finalized once our manufacturer has reviewed and accepted the design.
