83010 Rotator

I am forming an advertising co-op. So what I will need is a script that will let me rotate several hundred webpages through one url. The webpage adresses will be stored in a text file that I will manually put the address in. The closest thing i can find to compare what i am trying to do is banner rotation. Here is an example of what I am trying to do: Someone goes to [login to view URL] they will get one of the pages stored in the text file.... The next person to go to [login to view URL] will see the next webpage stored in the textfile. The problem I am having is that I need it to do so in order...or at least evenly in some way. I have found java scripts that will rotate the pages completely randomly and that just wouldn't be fair.
