83624 Simple URL rotator for co-op

Hello, I have looked all over the net for something like this, but can't seem to find it. I am running a advertising co-op for a mlm. I need a simple web-based interface that would allow me to enter individual referral urls and have clicks rotated equally (i.e. not randomly) among all the URLs entered. I would like to be able to add/delete urls at will via a web-based interface. The script would simply work like this: I send all the traffic to one url, which in turn will re-direct the traffic to the next URL in line due to receive a click.
