I've been using the same Customer Manangement & Mailer software for over ten years (installed on a linux server). Now I'm moving my website to a new linux dedicated server at [url removed, login to view] and the software doesn't work.
The program appears to consist of a few compiled C++ files, approx 175 related source files with the following extensions: .cc .h .o and about 20 perl scripts.
Some functions work, such as querying the mysql database for groups of customers. However, the mailer function will not query-then-mail to groups as it should, though you can mail to one individual email address at a time. Group mailing attempts return an error message ... "Error (13): Permission denied"
Also, attempts to add users to the Admin program returns "Error (13): Permission denied".
