Community Web Site

I am an up-coming web designer and I am looking for assistance on a project I am workin on. The Database part is the area that I need assitance on.

This project is for a community based web site. I have the basic layout design of the web site already constructed. My client wants to have a section were people can post profiles and photos of them selves. And have it displayed for the world to see. Kind of like on of the personals websites were people fill out form discribing themselves to potential dates and uploading photos for potential dates to see.

I think that this will be a database program design using ASP or CGI coding. Or if you know of a better way of doing this it is welcomed.

I will give details of how the client wants it done to the designer that wants to assist me.
