Perl Plugin Development for HSPc

We need three custom Perl plugins to perform domain name registration and offline payment to be integrated into HSPc web appliance for hosting business automation (by [login to view URL]). The custom Perl domain plugins will provide the following functionalities: domain registration, transfer, domain modification (i.e. DNS), domain deletion. All operations will be performed through direct connection with the registry/registrar XML service. Will provide full source-code examples and complete documentation. XML library and XML schemas will also be provided. Development platform and custom HSPc setup will be provided to you to develope and test plugins. Please only place final bids.
