We would like to use our webserver as our central database for all kinds of documents (mostly office-type word-, powerpoint- and excel-documents). FTP is not comfortable enough. We would like an application that is identical to Windows Explorer (latest version) with the same features (moving files, renaming, sorting functions, ...)and ideally also the same graphic appearance.
Additional functions required are:
- password-protected access for all users (currently 5, no more than 50)
- 128-bit encryption of files exchanged
- log-file, accessible to administrator only
The database and programming options listed are only a suggestion. Please choose the most suitable options and explain why you chose them.
Once the project is completed it should then be installed on our server and we would need an introduction, so that we know how to use the application.
