37811 Edit Flash + Intro Page ASAP

I need someone who will edit a flash intro from a pre-made flash site and incorporate the "flash movie only" in an intro html login page. The flash movie I wish to have edited is attached. I only want the top flash movie inserted an assigned space in the html intro login page. You will also create the login page as shown in the attachment. I prefer the soft coloring of the pre-made flash site. The visual is a guide for layout and details the text to be incorpotated.
