147966 program needed asap

I am looking for someone who can make me a program that will work the same way this one does [url removed, login to view]

I need to be able to have this as a free option for my members to download and the program also has to be able to upload the pictures from this program to the users account on my website so they can share the images on the site.

Please offer any samples you have done in the past and work you have done like this that I can check out.

Please only bid with reasonable amounts. Time is a factor so the sooner you can help me with this the better.
