We currently use Perlbill for all our billing / support needs. You must have previous experience working with perl etc.
We are currently having a few minor issues which need to be investigated and rectified :-
1. The date format in the system is UK format (e.g 4th January 2007 - 04/01/2007). Some customers have american format dates on some of their invoices, we need to check why and rectify.
2. When we edit a support ticket it uses the american date format, we need this to be UK as above.
3. Very occasionally and invoice gets sent to the wrong customers. We have one recent example which needs investigating and rectifying etc.
4. We have a flood protection setting for incoming email which should reject email from the same person if received within x minutes. This seems to have stopped working.
