Requirement is to customize an existing OTRS installation to make the Ticket Subject entry
Customize ticket subject line entry - the "Subject" line should be dynamically populated depending
on the inputs in the following data fields - "Type" + "From customer" + "Service"
Example of Subject Line: Complaint - John Smith - Printing Service
Once the three (3) data fields are filled-up, the application will display the subject line
based from the entries.
