Search script for several password protected sites This script will be hosted on Unix. There will be MULTIPLE end users. They need to have a password protected sign in script much like a membership access script. It MUST allow the end user to search many job sites at one time and pull the results of the search into one web browser. Each job site is password protected. Many of the job sites use different methods of searching on their own site. The script needs to do the following: 1. Store an unlimited number of web site addresses for use with the rest of the program. Currently there are probably 30 - 40 web sites that I would provide, but I need the capability to manually add additional web sites as I locate them later. 2. The script must be password protected and the end user MUST ENTER a USERNAME and PASSWORD to access it. 3. This script will need to safely maintain the end users usernames and passwords for each of the 30-40 sites that it stores (and for the additional ones that I will add later). More than likely the End User will have different usernames and passwords for each of the 30-40 web sites that are stored. 4. Upon initial set up for the End users account they would need a way to CHOOSE the stored web sites, one at a time, and then enter their username and password to access that site. 5. These 30-40 web sites list new jobs on a daily/weekly basis. The script needs to pull up all new listings for ALL stored web sites when the end user signs on or prompts with a "button". Example: On Feb 25 An end user signs on to the web site. They enter their USERNAME AND PASSWORD to access their data. That day: Stored Web site 1 has 4 new jobs listed. Stored Web site 2 has NO new jobs listed. Stored Web site 3 has 1 new job listed. Stored Web site 4 has 5 new jobs listed. As soon as the End User signs in (or clicks a button) they would see 10 new jobs listed from Sites 1, 3 and 4 in their browser window. They would not have to sign into each individual web site to view them. 6. Clicking on any link from these web sites opens a new browser window. 7. The end user should also have a way to look at each individual site (one-at-a-time) if they choose that option. 8. Would also need script installed on server. 9. Interested in all rights to script.
