Convert the C# code into PERL

Project Requirements and all instruction is here. Convert the C# code into PERL server-side the machine language without using a third-party library, you can’t use any plugins to create the function with an exception for json library. The code needs to be backward compatibles which need to be able to run on the older versions at least 7 years back. The estimated time to convert this small code is about 1- 2 hours. We will only pay total $25 for this project. Please review the code before you bid on this project. The code must be commented clearly exactly like the we wrote in C# with .Net Core Console. All variables and functions must be exactly the same as our code. After you completed the code, you will need to demo the result. We will provide an online meeting URL, once we are ok with the result, you will be required to send the full script back to us with the same format and you'll be paid. Deadline, you will need to complete this code within 14 days or we will withdraw the project and select another candidate and you not be paid.
