I have physical depression right now, so usually I need more external forces to get me to do stuff. Before I had a adult job that gave me a schedule and before that I was in school. I've always had external forces keeping me on task. So recently I've noticed, I have had difficulty making my own schedule and sticking to it. Basically you're to keep me accountable to my schedule and be the baby step to eventually being able to do this on my own or figuring out a system that works for me. We will sit and try to go through the goals I'm trying to accomplish, figure out a reasonable schedule. Then I'll have you check in on me frequently at first as training wheels, eventually I will probably have you just check in the morning. This may take a year or two.
