Hi I am looking to hire a Virtual Assistant. The key is I want a part time - charge by the hour - and I want the same person everytime so they get used to completing my work in the way I hope it is completed.
I run a very small commercial real estate business in Melbourne, Australia and my preference is to hire someone (a) from the Phillipines (due to the minimal time disparity between Melbourne and the Phillipines (b) has extensive experience in a commercial real estate agency or the like (c) has sound English writing skills (d) has an email address or system that they use that I can send instructions to and from. The role will include sending emails on my behalf. At the start it would be purely a test run to see if it would work for me , and assuming that it does it would be an ongoing role. I need an agreed hourly rate with no minimum hours.
