Cordova/Phonegap Expert

We have requirement of background video recording in Cordova Mobile app. We want to record video just pressing one button and stop it with another. While recording the video small preview must show of current status of video.

This has to be done in Phonegap / Cordova Application. Its single task because our mobile app is already developed.

If someone expert in developing plugin for cordova will also be ok for us.
