I’m planning to propose June 29 or 30 and want the moment documented beautifully. The proposal will take place somewhere in Downtown Chicago—likely one of my own preferred spots—scenic parks, or iconic streetscapes and adapting quickly if I switch to another nearby setting. What I’m after is a balanced gallery that feels genuine yet polished: candid reactions as the question is popped, then a few lightly posed portraits while the excitement is still fresh. Discretion is essential until the ring is out, followed by calm guidance for a short portrait session.
