Our upcoming corporate conference needs full-scale video and photo coverage, from the first keynote to the last handshake on the facility tour. I’m after a seasoned event videographer who can move fluidly between sessions, capture clean audio, and deliver polished edits on a tight turnaround. The headline deliverables are clear: • A dynamic 3-minute highlight reel that features all sessions from roundtables, to panel discussions, Site Leadership Q&A, and the facility tour itself. • 10–15 crisp, standalone interview clips ready for social and internal comms • A gallery of 100+ colour-corrected, high-resolution photos, with the facility tour taking top visual priority On-site you’ll need to record keynotes, panels, networking moments, and capture candid B-roll while we tour the venue. Good lighting judgment, discreet roaming with a gimbal, and reliable audio capture (lavaliers, shotgun, or both) are essential. After the event, I’ll rely on your post-production skills—clean cuts, tasteful transitions, balanced colour, and licensed background music where appropriate. When you submit your bid, include past work that shows comparable corporate events.
