Record in 4K 10-bit with dual-card capture, then deliver 1080p masters for sharp results and safe reframes. Execution: Phase 1—Prep (3–5 days prior): review agenda, floor plan, and mic list; build a shot map; confirm brand rules; set up a shared-drive folder structure. Phase 2—Setup: arrive 2–3 hours early; place two locked-off cameras (wide + tight) and one roaming; patch audio; add soft fill if needed; white-balance and run test records. Phase 3—Coverage: continuous rolling for all stage segments; slate markers; capture high-res photos of speakers, audience reactions, and sponsor areas between sessions.
