We are looking for a Miami-based freelance photographer/videographer for potential ongoing work on construction, architecture, commercial interiors and high-end retail projects. The main requirement is professional on-site photo and video capture. Editing and post-production are not necessarily required, as these may be handled separately by our internal team. Typical assignments may include: Construction progress photography Exterior façades and interior spaces Details of materials, installations and finishes Key project milestones Professional video footage and walkthroughs Final project documentation Requirements Professional DSLR or mirrorless camera Wide-angle lens suitable for architecture/interiors Ability to shoot high-resolution RAW photos Ability to record professional 4K video Tripod Gimbal preferred Reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout Miami-Dade / Broward when required Comfortable working on active construction sites Experience with construction, architecture, real estate or commercial interiors is preferred Deliverables Depending on the assignment, we may require: High-resolution RAW photo files Original/unedited 4K video footage Simple and organized file naming Optional edited content, quoted separately if needed Please include Your portfolio Your city / area of coverage Camera and lenses used Hourly rate Minimum booking time Half-day rate Full-day rate Travel / mileage fees Distance included before travel charges apply Whether you can provide RAW photo files Whether you can provide unedited video footage Whether you can handle both photography and video during the same visit Whether you carry liability insurance Availability for occasional recurring site visits We are currently building a network of reliable local professionals for future projects, so this is not tied to one specific construction site or date.
