I need a seasoned shooter who can cover a full-day snowboarding event in Hakuba, Japan on 28 February 2026. The brief is a blend of high-energy action coverage on the slopes and sweeping scenic pieces that show off the Northern Alps backdrop. What the day looks like • Morning through late afternoon on-mountain sessions, followed by golden-hour wrap-up shots. • Fast-moving riders, jumps, and powder lines will be happening simultaneously across a few runs, so quick repositioning and confident on-snow mobility are essential. What I’m expecting from you • Still photography: crisp, high-resolution action frames plus wide scenic plates that can be used for promo posters and social. • Video: 4K (or better) footage of key runs, slow-motion clips for style analysis, and sweeping establishing shots. Handheld, gimbal, POV, or drone angles—use whatever kit you trust to tell the story, just keep it smooth and stable. • Same-day on-site backups; final curated selects, basic color work, and an edited highlight reel delivered within two weeks. Raw files should also be included. Acceptance criteria 1. Minimum 150 edited photos showcasing both action and scenic context. 2. One 2–3 minute highlight video plus separate uncut runs for social snippets. 3. Assets supplied via downloadable gallery and a cloud folder containing raws. 4. All material licensed for unrestricted promotional use by the event organisers.
