I need someone to help upload photos to my website.

I have a website and I have over 5k events. I need someone to use my photo tool and help assign a photo to each photo. Every event is either a sports, concert or broadway event with different names. I need someone to follow my strict guidelines of uploading legal for use photos and for every image you search has to be a creative commons public domain dedication type of image. As an example if you need to search for the New York knicks image you need to make sure the image doesn't have a license so what you type in the search bar is "public domain dedication new york knicks" or " public domain dedication new york knicks arena". I need to make sure these guidelines are followed so there are no copyright issues. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
