Need Someone in USA for Letter Receipt & Scanning

I need someone to mail a single, non-confidential letter, once it arrives, simply open it, scan it with either a printer or your phone where it takes a clear photo of the letter from each side, and send the images back to me. the letter will arrive in about two weeks, I don't need the physical copy, just the scanned version.
