On-Site Document Verification – The Countess of Chester Health Park, Liverpool Road, Chester, UK I need a reliable person to conduct an on-site document verification at the following location in the United Kingdom: Location: The Countess of Chester Health Park Liverpool Road Chester, United Kingdom Scope of Work * Visit the above location in person. * Meet with the Issuing Authority (IA) and request completion of the verification documents that will be provided after the project is awarded. * If the IA completes the documents, collect the signed and/or stamped documents. * If the IA refuses to complete or provide the documents, politely request a written and signed refusal/rejection, if possible. * Take 10–15 clear, GPS-enabled and time-stamped photographs during the visit, including: * Building exterior * Main entrance * Building signage/name board * Reception area, if photography is permitted * Any other relevant identifying features * If photography inside the premises is not permitted, take as many external photographs as possible and mention the restriction in the report. * Prepare a brief verification note (maximum one paragraph) summarizing the outcome of the visit and confirming whether the verification documents were obtained or the IA declined to cooperate. Acceptance Criteria * Submit 10–15 clear, unedited, GPS-enabled and time-stamped photographs taken during the visit. * Provide a concise verification report describing the outcome of the visit. * Submit the completed IA verification documents, if obtained. * If the documents cannot be obtained, provide a written refusal/rejection from the IA whenever possible, along with the reason for non-cooperation.
