The birthday celebration will unfold entirely outdoors and I have set aside a 3–4-hour window for full photographic coverage. The priority is to document the event details—the décor, cake, table settings, themed signage, and any little touches that tell the story of the day. While that is the main brief, feel free to catch any spontaneous or posed moments that naturally complement the detail shots. Date, location, and a shot-list of must-capture elements will be shared once we confirm. You will have easy access to the venue ahead of time so you can scout angles and natural-light conditions. Deliverables • High-resolution, fully edited JPEGs (minimum 50 images) • Web-ready versions of the same set • Online gallery or download link delivered within one week of the event Please bring whatever gear you trust for bright outdoor conditions—fast primes or versatile zooms, a reflector if needed, plus on-camera or off-camera flash as backup should the light shift. Edited images should maintain natural colors and avoid heavy filters so the decorations remain true to life.
