Pre-Employment Vetting Project, Hagen – Germany

I need someone on-site in Hagen, Germany to complete a very specific step in a pre-employment screening: verification of a candidate’s log book. Your task is to view the original log book, confirm that it exists in physical form, and check that its overall condition, layout, and contents appear consistent and untampered. While no criminal, employment history, or education checks are required, I do need clear photographic evidence of every relevant page and a concise written summary of your observations. You will receive the candidate’s name and the contact details of the holder of the log book once the project starts. After scheduling an appointment, please: • Inspect the log book in person. • Capture high-resolution images of all pages (with page numbers visible). • Note any irregularities you spot (erasures, altered dates, missing signatures, torn pages, etc.). • Submit a brief report (English or German) summarising your findings and attaching the images. Discretion is critical throughout the visit, and all data must remain confidential.
