PSD to PDF for offset printing (Desktop publishing)

Hi, I need to get an invitation to the printers office today for offset printing, they need it as PDF files with the cut/outlines and spacing etc. The invitation will be a single A4 sized paper with print on both sides, folded once so it becomes A5. I have 4 PSD files, 1 for each page of the invitation, which need to be exported to PDF with the required lines and spacing for the printing and folding process. Only bid if you have experience this (DTP), I need someone who understands what needs to be done and why, it should only take a few minutes to get this done. I will only pay if the printer gives the OK (which I will know within minutes), and I need this as soon as possible.
