Create and design a custom .jpg thumbnail image

Looking for a totally new look for my thumbnail images on my youtube channel (James Weeks). I am looking for someone to create a new attention grabbing design to attract new traffic to my channel. The image needs be a .jpg format that will be no larger than 2mb in size. I have attached some of my old images that will help to get a feel for the style that I had. I am looking for a designer that has creativity which means that I am not looking for the same vibe that I had. I have about 10 of these that need to be done in the future.
