Photo locator and Editor -- 3

I am starting a new business which is online. I will need photos of products I am stocking to be sourced/located and permission given if need be for them to be used on my own website. I am looking for someone who has experience in doing this. You must be able to edit photos to a very high standard including cleaning up, removing backgrounds professionally and making pictures highly presentable and clear for illustration on my website. I will also need banners to be put together some with text which may include flash banners as well as still banners. photos for these banners will need to be carefully picked to suit the purpose of advertising and attracting customers once on my site. This job will be immediate for any successful applicant. The number of Photos i will need sourced, edited and permissioned will be a maximum total of 200 photos not including banners. These photos will be all branded packaged products of foods so previous knowledge of this type of work would be preferred. I will need 6 banners to be constructed. Banners will need to be constructed from photos/images also which the successful applicant must be willing to find from my instructions of what I want and using their own intitive to provide what i want. Applicants must have a good sense of work initiative and direction when given instructions this is vital because i do not intend to spend hours going over the same instructions of what i need done. If you are bidding on this project i will need to see some examples of your work and i may need to send you over a picture to edit as instructed so that you can demonstrate your skills. Please be willing to do this if you are bidding. You must also have good knowledge of finding photos which you must also be willing to demonstrate. So please if bidding be willing to do so if asked.
