Photoshop spherize and distort a photo

I'm an artist and wish to incorporate a real part of a race car into a photo of it, but the photo would need to be the size of the real car to make it proportionate. To make the photo poster only about 30% of the size of the real car, the photo of the car needs to be distorted to make the area around where I will insert the real part appear larger and closer and the rest of the car appear to be smaller in the distance. The challenge will be to do this without making the car look like a cartoon or silly. The car part is the side of a tail fin, which is about 11% of a real car, but in the art it will be 48% of the photo so the amount of distortion has to reflect that. Uploaded are: 1. the original car file 2. a very slightly fisheyed version to show what I mean but its not close to enough to work 3. a photo of the actual metal car part to be used, shown from the side so you know what it is like structurally (cut with its base at about a 15 degree angle while car in photo is shown at about 45 degrees) 4. a photo of the front of the car part which is what the viewer will see when its inserted into the photo poster Further details for briefing after agreement.
