327416 Affiliate/Membership Script

Hi, I need a script created in PHP & MySQL that has affiliate program management functionality as well as memberhsip managent and a help desk. I would like to have all of the features of the following scripts... This needs to be an all in one business solution with membership management, affiliate program management, etc. Will need integration with Paypal, 2checkout, clickbank and authorize.net. Other features that I will be wanting will include the following... Twitter integration to allow affiliates to post pre-made affiliate messages with links to twitter. shopping carts the ability to run unlimited sites from one installation support desk module based design so that it can be customized without going into the system files. I'm sure you get the idea, this is going to be a complete business system I'll be using to run a couple of small sites I have. If you have experience with any of the softwares I've mentioned as I requested, this really shouldn't be too hard of a job.
