Buddypress Upgrade to 1.5.3.1

[login to view URL] is running on BP 1.2.9 right now. We've tried to upgrade to the latest version but are running into a few problems. We need you to do the following while updating to BP 1.5.3.1: 1) transfer current look and feel smoothly 2) remove duplicate page links in the nav bar 3) install BP-gallery (I have the plugin file) and ensure gallery uploads showing up in activity feed 4) install global forum (I have the plugin file) and ensure forum posts show up in activity feed 5) Change from wordpress single user to MU to allow individual users to have their own wordpress blogs 6) Add tag system to forum and activity feed (most common key words show up in tags in sidebar, clicking on tags shows posts for that search term) 7) Ensure all search functions work after the above tasks are completed 8) Write down instructions for the above tasks so we can recreate your work.
