eCommerce Checkout Designed with eshop plugin

Our website, [login to view URL] needs a shopping cart designed with the plugin eShop for wordpress. We need the shopping cart to be designed very similar to Nike's shopping cart. We want this to be clean, bright, with large easy to read buttons and easy navigation. We don't care if the plugin has to be redesigned or completely custom, we just want it to work and not feel like your filling out a form from windows 95. You must understand that we do not accept CC currently almost all of our business is done through bank to bank transfers. Also we need our company contract to be signed or agreed to during the checkout process. More or less they need to agree to our terms and conditions whether it be a check box or they digitally sign a form but this is a MUST! We do not want a bunch of inquiries from unknown and unreviewed members. We need a very very strong and dynamic job done. We do not have time to waste with people who cannot complete this correctly. Also expect us to critique this project very very sharply. We are very picky and need this done perfect.
