9101 Finish Php Project

Hi, I have a project that was partly done by someone but he did not have time to finish it. I need to get it finish. I have attached a zip of the files from this project. The file "findnd need to be [url removed, login to view]" is what is left to finish. The [url removed, login to view] is the original instructions of what was needed. Most of the things in it are done. I attached this file for reference. There is also the php for authorize.net. All the files are in the one zip. I would like to get this finished soon. Once the site is up and running - I will also need someone to do changes and add features, etc. I want someone who can be contacted by messenger (AIM, Yahoo, Google, MSN) and is quick to answer. I will be monitoring this so I will answer any questions quickly. Thanks, Philip
