Fix and Modify PHP auction application

Only message me if you have installed webid or you are going to install it. Yes it has a lot of bugs and its messy, but i have searched everywhere for open source auction software that is suitable for me. [login to view URL] looks complete but it is not customisable so it will not work for me. initially my budget is very small and can only pay $200 per week. It may be that i break the project down into smaller $200 jobs, not sure at this stage, this will be ongoing work so i would like someone (or team) that is very good and know what to do without me telling you exactly how to do it. this is what i need done for now: go to [login to view URL] and login using tester/tester - will need different auction types, property, vehicles, general (differant form fields in [login to view URL] for each) - Sell item category select needs to be dynamic, AJAX - list item process broken down into steps, 1 select category, 2 information, 3 photos (optional), 4 Auction enhancements (optional), 5 Confirmation. - image uploader, and image gallery on [login to view URL] needs to be rebuilt, using AJAX - want to incorporate classifieds withing the auctions. basically an auction with no bidding or buy now. Will have an asking price only. - want to incorporate BEST OFFER feature, like ebay. where you can make an offer and the seller accepts, declines or even counter offers. - need to have icons to indicate that there is no reserve or that the reserve has been met. - redesign, rebuild My control panel area. it is not very user friendly now. - will need systems to verify users, mobile, credit card and address
