Needed a website where:
- users are voting on some subjects;
- shopping carts are collecting votes;
- a time stamp belongs to each vote.
- each user securely collects, see and is able to edit an information about where he ever voted and what he ever wrote;
- each user is able to create a topic (paid) and answers (paid);
- topics and answers can collect links to external sources and tags;
- tag/topics/answers browser is available;
- most popular topics visible on the main page;
- admin is able to securely edit all prices (from 0,00 EUR) and commission details (percentage in 00,00% form, teams, contact details) in one place;
- important feature is website speed, so it has to be small and simple.
