544609 PHP classified website

I need a classified website similar to [url removed, login to view] with a few additional features. I already have the design in html/css for the website.

Here are some of the features:

•Ability to sell ads similar to to the 2 images below. Members should be able to track their advertising campaign similar to ad network similar to the one seen here [url removed, login to view]

•Ability to save items to a watchlist similar to [url removed, login to view]

•detailed ajax filtering for your categories similar to how [url removed, login to view] updates results. see the left side of this page for an example [url removed, login to view] See the image below.

•hit counter on all listings that allows the owner of the ad to hide the hit counter on the listing

•forum/message board

•question & answer help section similar to [url removed, login to view]

I would prefer you to do this with a php framework, but it's not required. If you are using a framework, please indicate this via pm. Also, indicate what php framework you are using it, how long you have been using that framework and provide links to any work you have completed with that framework. I would like to see some admin sections you have created as well.

Please show prior php development work via pm. Also, show website admin development. Please also indicate via pm if you are able to do Android and IOS application development in pm.
