People will enter homepage and be asked to enter postal code and network name.
Name Community: Washington Grove Association

Next They will select a Public or Private setting. (this will determine is the group will be displayed publically.
They will enter a Tagline: Our Association
They will enter a Description: What the Group is about.
ICON: They will upload an image that will get resized into an image equaling 72x72
