Survey website

THIS JOB IS URGENT WE REQUIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN START STRAIGHT AWAY. WE REQUIRE A WORKING DEMO FOR TUESDAY 30th OCTOBER 2012 We require a simple surveying website to be built with a management console. The site will be used to gain feedback about contractor’s performance similar the system used here on Freelancer once a project is complete. The following features are required: • Ability to upload an excel spreadsheet of contacts (Each contact will have contractor details and supervisor details) • Email survey link to contractor (HTML email) • Email survey link to supervisor (HTML email) • Allow both contractor and supervisor to complete a simple star ranking survey. • Allow contractor to complete a second from which will let them upload a CV and / or complete a profile • Build an admin system to search and view results We will provide PSD’s of most pages, the rest will need to be sorted as the project runs. Payments will be placed in milestones on Freelancer. You will need to be available on Skype for the complete time of the project. We would rather work directly with a developer than with an account manager or company.
