101906 Wikipedia Like Site

Hello I need a community based site where users can post their essays for other user to edit or grade. Basically it will sort of be like a forum, members will post essays/reports on the site with a simple WYISWYG editor and will have the option to make it under a wikipedia-type style where the essay can be edited immediately by other on the site or where members can submit edits and the poster of the essay can choose to make the changes that are submitted. The site will need a very attractive and very proffesional interface and design and use Ajax throughout. Strong, PHP, Ajax and graphical skills will be required. Also good english skills are a must. Be sure to show me examples of your work. Payment will be via scriptlance escrow. Once I select a programmer I will send full details/specifications on the project.
