We want to create a website that we can use for customer support. For each product, the top level page will consist of a question, with either a yes/no answer or a multiple choice answer. Based on the answer, you're directed to another page, with another question.
By starting with a Wiki, we can create the website in realtime. For our non-technical users, we'd like to add some customizations so they can "extend" the website themselves.
Start with a Wiki (maybe use PHPwiki? - [url removed, login to view])
Customize it so we can use it for customer support:
1. Have a button on each page to add a yes/no question to a page, add the two links (yes and no), and create new pages for both answers.
2. Have a button on each page to add a multiple choice question and create new pages for all answers.
3. By default, everything is publicly visible, but have a method to "tag" a section for internal visibility (hidden from customers).
We will host the Wiki ourselves on a Linux server, so we want you to start with existing source code to a Wiki and customize it.
We require PHP because we have in-house PHP programmers that will know how to maintain and extend the application in the future.
