8949 edit website directly script

Needed a competent PHP Developer to code PHP script to allow users to edit there website directly from their web browser, "through the web" editing. Eliminating the need for full blown CMS functionality, databases etc.... need to be able to set editable regions/block on individual pages on a site to allow the website user edit these pages on the fly via a WSYSIWYG editor this script must be secure so only the website owner has permission to carry out edits. Have seen something along thes lines at [url removed, login to view] if this could be created/cloned using your own code.
