I need a web site created that is membership based, requires free registration to enter, once registered give only a one page form that is searchable by name and e-mail address, an area on the form for user input , web site is only searchable by paid members. must have paypal integrated in site to accept payment. part of project is to design a button link that is downloadable by other webmasters. site must have 2 sides- one that surfers can access and one for administration, all input info must be editable, deletable, must contain 2 pages of disclaimers with accept button to proceed.
