29542 PHP Based Email Script

PHP Based Email/Petition Script w/SQL Hello everyone, need a script either created or altered. Here is what I need: - I want users on my website to be able to sign a petition based page that will email multiple email addresses in the process. Upon signing up, an email gets sent to their email so they must confirm that they are using a valid email address prior to being added to the Petition List and prior to any emails being sent. Please review Step 1 & 2 pictures that I have included. - Once they confirm their email address by clicking the link sent to them, this script will add their Name and City & Province to the main Petition list that will be viewed by the public. The script should add a number to the person on the list. Please see 'petition list' pictures that I have included. - Once the email address is confirmed, I need the script to send out up to 20 different emails that will be pre-written and already have the destination emails addresses inside. I might not have a need for all 20 so it needs to be easily configurable. - This will need to use SQL to store all the information so I can export information using at a later time. An install file for SQL is required and instructions on how and what to put into my page template will be very helpful. Confirmation email should be editable and look like this: Dear [first name] [last name], Thank you for becoming part of our petition. First we need to confirm your email address prior to sending out the emails and adding your name to the petition list. You only have 48 hours to confirm this email address or you will need to signup again. You may only sign this petition once every 15 days. If you are not [first name] [last name] you can safely delete this email and no further correspondence is required. Click here to confirm Email address: [link to confirm] leads to Step 3 picture Sincerely, ... - The script will need to make the email appear as though it is coming from them, and will have to be template based to add the users name at the bottom of the email. Basically: Email address 1 = email template 1, Email address 2 = email template 2, Email address 3 = email template 3... and so on.
