15159 PhpNuke Site Modification

To bid on this, you must be familiar with phpNuke, this work is based on phpNuke. My site is 95% complete, it needs minor modification to the data is entered into the backend, and the way it is displayed, to make it user friendly. Some graphics are not lined up, needs to be properly aligned with tables and fields. The site is slow, this is likely server related, but I wanted optemized for speed ... and the script cleaned up. I want the site security updated. I will consider reasonable bids only. My main consideration is based on your qualification and previous experience with phpNuke.
