169483 Safari & IE fix

Hello,

Our site [url removed, login to view] is having problems in internet explorer and safari. When using the site in explorer the homepage appears to act strangely i.e flickering etc especially when we have our flash into on it as you will see at [url removed, login to view] . There may be something wrong with the green header navigation bar as well. In safari the green navigation menu bar goes bazerk. We would like to make out site compatible with internet explorer and safari without sacrificing our current computability with firefox.

We are looking to complete this job asap. We look forward to your bids.
